Reminders: • Locate the refill number on the top right of the label that is on your prescription bottle, box or container.
• Check the number of refills you have available.
• Have your telephone number available. If your telephone number has changed, follow the instructions to add your new phone number. You will then be able to complete your refill prescriptions.
• Should you have any problems with the automated service return to main menu and press the number “4” to speak with a pharmacist.
• You can also press “0” to speak to an operator who can connect you to a pharmacist.

You can also dial 0 for the operator for assistance.
